Root Squares

Today is Math Monday. In this blog, I will be blogging about what are square roots, and why they are called that. Square roots is like area and perimeter. If the square root is 7, then that means 7x7 equal 49, so that is the number you are diving it by. The answer in this case would be 7. This math lesson is named "square roots", because whatever you're diving by is half of that number. Square roots come in handy if you need to find the perimeter of the square. This a constant thing people use to help idenify what it is they have to know. I think that this is also very useful for carpenters, and construction workers. Math will go were ever you go, so these lessons are really important. The square root of 64 would be 8, because 8 x 8 equals 64. Here is another example, the square root of 80, would be between 8 and 9. If it is not a perfect square, then you have to list and estimate what two numbers it would be between.
