Have you heard about Hurrican Isacc? It is effecting millions around the world. Isaac has been having powerful winds. People are forced to prepare before Isaac hits their country. They will never know when it would effect their town or country,so they have to get many materials to survive this poweful storm such as pleanty of food and water. They also need to prepare bags full of sand to protect there home from water going into it. Some people are used to hurricanes
and strong weather,but others are not.
I hope that other people will help each other out when a time of need,because you will never know when you will need help from other people. If everyone can do what they can they will be protected one step at a time. We can all make a difference in other peoples lives.
My biggest fear about middle school,was that I thought I was going to get bad grades. I thought I was going to get bad grades because I would have eight classes and a small amount of time for each one. I tried my best and worked hard, to be the best I could be. We had grades at the end of the week. I got good grades for the week. I was very happy with myself. It turned out that my biggest fear did not come true. I want to let you know that the more you worry about something, the less time you have to spend on yourself.
My other fear was that I would be overwhelmed with homework. I wasn't. The homework was pretty easy,and I got around the right amount of it. I learned how to manage my time, so that I would spend it wisely.This has helped me not be so stressed out. My advice for you is to never be scared to try something new. If you never try then you'll never know what to expect. So try before you give up.
Have you ever been bullied? I havent. I have seen someone teasing another other person. I didn't think that was right. I gave the person that was being bullied a nice compliment. I wish I had did something else for that person.There was another time I saw bulling occur, was when some people bullied another person in class. I wish I would have standed up for them. Please make the world a different place,anytime you see someone getting bullied please
report it right away.
Im going to give you three reasons why bulling is not right
First: Would you want someone to hurt your feelings? No, so treat others the way you would want to be treated.
Second: It can bring that person's self-esteam down.
Third: Do you really want to be known as a bully? I think not.
I hope that we can all work together to stop bullies. We need to learn to stand up for each other, so that the person being bullied is not alone. Next time I see someone being bullied, I will build up the courage to stand up for them.
Computers have been changing the ways we do things. Who knows what will be invented next. Computers have made life more easier,such as using the web insted of using an encyclopidia or doing research in a book. I think in the near future computers could help you with almost anything,mabey computers might take over the whole world! One of the things, I think will happen with computers is that they will become more easier to use,set up, and mabey even be more reliable.
One thing I know for sure,is that technology will still be here on earth for a long time,but it will never stop improving.
